Myracle Hayes, LLMSW (She/Her)

As a therapist, my approach is to provide a compassionate and open-minded atmosphere where my clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I honor treating individuals with dignity and respect, uplifting and empowering self-actualization, and rooting everything in understanding and kindness. Every individual has the capacity for growth, and I’m here to support you on your journey of resilience. My priority as a clinician is to support clients’ critical thinking skills and enhance their capacity and opportunities to address their needs. Viewing each client individually, I am committed to promoting responsible self-determination.

Therapeutic approaches that I utilize include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strength-Based Therapy (SBT). In every therapeutic relationship, I foster collaboration to form a person-centered treatment plan that reflects the client’s needs and goals. It is rewarding to see clients gain insight into their concerns, develop solutions, apply coping skills, and obtain a sense of well-being. I am honored to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery.

Some extra interests of mine include traveling, music, nature, art, & astrology. I believe that therapy is not just about resolving difficulties but also about cultivating a sense of purpose, joy, and connection in life. I look forward to engaging with you by promoting balance, personal growth, and your well-being.
