Our team of dedicated therapists are W2 employees who are reimbursed an hourly rate for their direct client hours in addition to; weekly administrative pay, vacation time, health care benefits, annual CEU allowance, professional liability insurance, complimentary supervision towards full licensure, annual pay increases and an end of year bonus.
Blooming Minds Therapy offers in-house billing, credentialing services and an administrative team to help ensure that therapists are able to solely focus on their clinical responsibilities.
We are currently hiring LLMSWs, LMSWs, and LPCs who are available to provide in-person treatment at our East Lansing location as well as being open to providing telehealth treatment to clients across Michigan.
